The first step is to have a consultation. Here you will be invited to reflect on:

  • What is prompting you to reach out for support at this time and why now?
  • What is your current life/career project?
  • What is your desire for yourself and others in this project?
  • What are you willing to do around this in terms of optimum success?
  • How willing are you to step out of your comfort zone around making any necessary changes?


  • You will be invited to do an inventory:
  • What is going well for you and why that it is?
  • Where are your supports?
  • What are the blocks or obstacles you find yourself needing to negotiate at this time?
  • What resources do you need?
  • What are your strategies for coping with stress and anxiety?
  • How are your mindsets helping/hindering your progress?
  • What does your self-care look like?


  • Here you will look at your vision and purpose for your life and career path
  • You will look at a long-term goal and then break it down into manageable steps to achieve this

You will set out some smart goals for the first six sessions – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-limited


  • Developing self- awareness and resilience
  • Building resilience and flexibility
  • Learning techniques to regulate anxiety and shame and boost performance levels
  • Building communication and listening skills
  • Challenging restrictive mindsets
  • Developing an empathic connection with others
  • Becoming aware of your impact on others
  • Getting to know how the different systems (family, friends, work) you belong to impact you, what they hold in common for you
  • Learning how to reach out for help
  • Developing free will and self-empowerment
  • Developing self-compassion and self-acceptance

Coaching Sessions

I work in a 6 sessional ‘bookended’ model which breaks down the long-term goal of the vision in progress into short terms goals that are manageable and achievable stepping blocks. Then any subsequent sessions can be arranged at the end of each cycle of six. The sessions are arranged in response to the coachee’s needs and schedule.
