Facilitator: Gertrude Gill
- This programme outlines the key areas that contribute to an overall sense of wellbeing in the young person’s life: Body, Mind, Spirit.
- It will help them identify where they may be blocked in terms of a sufficient sense of self-worth and self-care.
- Reflective practice, experiential exercises, sharing, mindfulness will help them have a deeper level of self-awareness around their needs in terms of self-esteem, belonging and empowerment.
- This will help them when it comes to making appropriate lifestyle choices in shaping their future.
- They will be facilitated to find a language to express these needs and desires and to reach out to others for support.
- They will be supported in developing strategies for managing stress and anxiety and embedding a self-care plan.
